SOUND BATH, BREATHWORK, AND MEDITATION
A Sound Bath is a deeply relaxing healing experience where a sound bath practitioner uses specifically tuned vibrational instruments. These various instruments are played during the sound bath. These sounds create different tones and frequencies that rebalance your physical body, clear you chakras, and activate your higher state of consciousness.
Our Guided Meditation relieves stress and replaces it with a dose of inner peace. Then have your employees release with our Breathwork class, and nourish their spirit with sound vibrations in our Sound Bath sessions.
