The Works
This is my most popular Healing Session! It includes your own personalized Reiki Crystal Grid, Breathwork, and Sound Bath session. This session is called “The Works” for a reason, during your 15-minute free consultation you will share with me what it is that you need to either release, finding clarity in, or manifest into your life. Prior to your session, I create your personalized Crystal Grid focused on what we discussed and infuse Reiki energy into it. During your session, I will coach you through the Holotropic Breathwork while continuously performing Reiki. Once your Breathwork is complete, we will end with a Sound Bath meditation and close your healing session with an in-depth discussion about your experience.

Sound Bath
Allow me to introduce you to this deeply relaxing healing experience of vibration and frequency. Depending on what you are in need of, I will curate a personalized experience for you.
During your Sound Bath or Sound Mediation I perform using vibrational instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, and a variety of other instruments that are tuned to clear your Mind, Body, and Spirit. As I tune in to your energy centers, also known as your Chakras, I create different tones and frequencies to clear, rebalance, and activate your higher states of consciousness. During this time you will be laying down or seated in a comfortable position to receive your experience.
There are many benefits of a Sound Bath, some of which are to relieve stress, anxiety, depression, and insomnia. At the end of your Sound Meditation you will be left feeling relaxed, restored, rejuvenated, and completely Crystal Clear. Some of my clients experience a restful night of sleep, others become highly aware, while some experience deep release of past trauma.

Breathwork
What if you could release a lifetime’s worth of trauma, anxiety and stress and completely reconnect with your mind, body and spirit in just 45 minutes simply just by breathing?
Breathwork is a conscious, controlled breathing practice meant to influence and expand your mental, emotional and physical state. It is a powerful breathing technique that releases tension and blockages from your mind, body and spirit. It is also a form of active meditation that helps one become more present, reduce stress and gain personal and spiritual insights, while calming and centering oneself with love, clarity, and gratitude.
The science behind Breathwork teaches us that by releasing carbon dioxide in a fast rhythmic pattern, one can change the acidity level in their blood. Higher PH levels can lead to elevated mood, an anti-inflammatory effect and increased muscle tone. The impact these biological changes have on the body, coupled with the guided Breathwork process, allow you to let go and be present in the moment. This spiritual connection of being present, along with the biological changes, crack open your heart letting you receive love, gratitude and self worth. The breath functions as a link between the conscious and unconscious mind; a tool to influence the involuntary nervous system; a technique to decrease anxiety and increase spiritual awareness and development.
I have seen my clients completely release their anger, trauma, stress and anxiety through a Breathwork session, allowing their innate happiness to finally come through. During your Breathwork session, you will be laying down in a comfortable position. I will give you a brief description of what to expect during your session and guide you through the proper breathing pattern.

Crystal Healing
CRYSTALS HEAL HOLISTICALLY; THEY WORK ON THE PHYSICAL, MENTAL, EMOTIONAL AND SPIRITUAL LEVELS.
Crystal therapy or crystal healing is a form of vibrational medicine. I will recommend specific stones and crystals for you to acquire to aid in continual healing. Each type of stone has its own unique energy, spiritual, and healing properties that can be used in a variety of ways. As a healing therapy, gemstone colors, shapes, and textures all have special meanings. During a treatment session, I will place various stones or crystals on your body or your crystal grid and align your chakras as well as other areas that may be needed, depending on your desired healing. The crystals that are being used and their positioning may be selected specifically by me to aid in shedding negative energy, absorbing positive energy, and correcting imbalances within your energetic system.
Reiki
THE WORD REIKI TRANSLATES TO “UNIVERSAL LIFE ENERGY”
Reiki involves transmitting or balancing energy through specific placement of hands on or above a fully clothed recipient’s body. Most commonly, Reiki is used to ease pain, anxiety, fatigue, stress and depression. It can also increase energy, focus and creativity. But since the body in its natural state can heal any ailment, the applications are theoretically endless. Experiences vary from a relaxing meditative state where some may fall asleep, to feeling energized and rejuvenated.
During a treatment, Reiki acts to speed up our own natural healing process. It helps to release blockages of energy and balances the flow of Chi. The client is not actually healed by the practitioner, but by the universal life energy and its balancing effects. Since the energy is natural life force energy, it cannot harm anyone nor can it be controlled. Reiki is gentle, yet powerful; simple, yet effective. By simply placing hands in the different positions on the head and body for several minutes each, the energy is pulled through the body at the rate corresponding to the need of the client. One cannot do too much or too little Reiki. The receiving body, mind or spirit will decide how much or how little it wants. A complete treatment covers all the major energy centers in the body. Reiki is a natural healing system and works well whether one is ready for it or even if one does not believe in it.
